A Health and Safety Policy should be reviewed at least once a year, or more often if there are significant changes to the business. The Policy should be reviewed and updated by the Management team, in consultation with Health and Safety Representatives and employees.

The review process should ensure that the Policy remains relevant and up-to-date, and that it reflects the current health and safety risks and issues facing the business. The review should also identify any areas where the Policy could be improved.
