Brittany Peck is a licensed attorney and founder of The Legal Agency, LLC, based in Los Angeles, California. With over 5 years of legal experience, Brittany helps individuals, small businesses, and corporate clients across various industries with remote legal solutions.

Before starting her own firm, Brittany was an Equal Access to Healthcare Program Attorney at PRC where she provided direct legal services and representation to clients in healthcare access and disability benefits cases. She has appeared before Administrative Law Judges, handled complex appeals and advocated for vulnerable populations including individuals living with HIV/AIDS.

Brittany’s career began with extensive clinical experience during law school where she advised clients on contested guardianships, conservatorships and SSI/SSDI disputes through Suffolk University’s Health Law Clinic. She also gained federal litigation experience as a law clerk for the General Counsel of the Social Security Administration.

Today, Brittany leads The Legal Agency in providing customized legal solutions to clients needs with expertise in contract drafting, FDA compliance services and business law matters across industries including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and food products.
